Overview

A screen that only shows odds stops short of a bet. The retail challenge was to turn the display into something transactional: let a customer build a betslip on the screen, then carry it to the counter without re-keying anything. The flow had to stay simple enough for a first-time user in a shop environment.

I co-led the design of a transactional betting-shop display, advancing it from proof-of-concept to a client-ready design. Customers tap the odds on a card to add a selection, choose bet type and stake, then confirm to generate a QR counter-code they scan with their phone. It keeps the on-screen interaction light while handling the multiples and stake logic underneath.
